Watermelon one of my favorite Summer foods. Watermelon helps You Hydrate. It contains only 46 calories per cup but is high in vitamin C, vitamin A and many healthy plant compounds. Watermelon is known to lower Inflammation. Cucumbers are a good source of potassium. Drinking cucumbers helps your body get more potassium, potentially helping to lower your blood pressure. Pears are a great source of fiber and they’re a low-glycemic fruit.
